Good furniture needs more than a photograph

A reusable item needs a reliable description, condition details, a price and an available quantity before it can be offered for sale. When photos, warehouse notes and sales listings live separately, the team has to reconstruct the same item at every step.

One item record, from intake to sale

ReApptor is developing Easy Recycle within EasyMove to connect mobile intake, AI-assisted assessment, manager review and business purchasing. The team prepares individual items or coordinated packages, then offers them at a fixed price or through a timed auction.

The same item carries its photos, condition and commercial details into the next stage.

  1. Capture the item where it is

    Staff use the mobile photo flow to record the item from different sides and add close-ups of visible defects. These images stay attached to the inventory record.

  2. Review the suggested sales information

    AI can suggest identification, a description, condition findings and a resale estimate with comparable listings. A manager checks the information and edits the details before preparing the item for sale.

  3. Connect the offer to the order

    Business buyers browse the catalogue, inspect product and package details, and use a fixed-price cart or auction bidding. Inventory distinguishes listed, ordered, invoiced and completed-sale states.

The product is built around a shared item record. Photos, visible wear, dimensions, quantities and price stay connected as managers prepare inventory and buyers explore the catalogue. A package groups selected quantities into one offer while retaining the underlying items.

Condition and price in context

Visible defects, condition notes, dimensions and comparable-listing references support the review. Suggested values remain editable before the manager confirms the item.

Individual items and useful packages

Select items and quantities for a package, retain its contents and set its commercial details. Buyers can see what is included before adding the offer to their cart.

A dedicated B2B sales channel

The business catalogue offers category filters, new arrivals, discounts and auctions. Product details expose photos, condition and available quantity; order stages remain visible to the operations team.

An offer can use a fixed price or an auction with a closing time, minimum bid increment and bid history. The B2B purchase flow prepares an order for company invoicing.

One workflow on mobile and desktop
